Managing Partner
Bashar is the Managing Partner and Head of Partnerships & Growth at alterna where he leads strategic direction and oversees the development of key partnerships and business relationships. In addition to driving growth initiatives and project advisory, he manages the day-to-day operations of the collective platform; ensuring alignment across projects, teams, and client engagements.
Bashar holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Management, complemented by practical experience in the design and delivery of engineering & development projects. His technical abilities, keen eye for identifying commercial opportunities and collaborative leadership style enable him to effectively bridge technical expertise with business strategy, contributing to long-term value creation and growth.
